REFUND & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order.  For cancellation, write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us at 9958984543. Once cancellation request is registered, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. No Cancellation requests will be taken if the order is already shipped.
REFUND & RETURN:
Product prices listed on our website are current and processed in Indian Rupees, however, these are subject to change without any advance notice.
We aim to satisfy all our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.  However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased. We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions. Each item can be exchanged only once.

  1. You have received the product in physically damaged condition.
  2. Received product is past Expiry Date.
  3. Received product has missing parts or accessories.
  4. Product is lost in transit.

For return requests, write to our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at 9958984543 withing 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. The time period for the refund amount to be credited in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.   
Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and are entirely at the discretion of Fifth Sense Naturals Private Limited. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Refund and Return Policy.
Please note that we cannot accept any exchange or return of any opened or used products once sold and delivered. We are not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery.

We always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.
In case the product reaches you tampered or damaged condition, we exchange the product. If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your order please write to us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 9:30am to 5pm (except on Public holidays)
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care.
